Slicing bread is such a pain. I always end up with slices that are wedge shaped and unequal. You could get the bread sliced in the supermarket/bakery but that means it will go stale quicker. This got me thinking about the solution below. A simple box template that guides the knife to achieve perfect thickness slices.
It even folds up flat like those chopping boards by that stylish kitchen design company we all know!!
